Construction of Academic Block (G+4) and Hostel Block (G+5) including Allied Services at IIMC, New Delhi. The Academic building is (G+4) structure catering for academic requirement of IIMC and Hostel Block is for students and Guest faculty. Both the buildings are RCC framed structure.
The entire development is designed adhering to the local body norms/ NBC 2016, UBBL along with compliance to ECBC 2017, relevant BIS codes, Green Building Norms for obtaining SUPER GREEN rating as per GHAR (Green Habitat Accomplished Rating) of CPWD.
Family Court at Plot No. PSP-2A, Sector- 14, Rohini, New Delhi (SH: C/o Family Court Rooms and other Court Rooms, External Development, Internal electrical installation, External lighting, Lift, Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm with PA System, D.G. Set Sub-Station, HVAC works, Horticulture work & allied works)

The G+8+2B building will be developed for a total of 12 Family Court rooms provided with two floors consisting of 7 Mediation rooms, 11 Counsellor’s rooms, 4 Psychologist rooms, 1 Children’s room and 2 Bar Association rooms.A total of 6 Other Court Rooms are provided on the upper floors. Overall, 18 Court rooms are provided in the complex.The public spaces of entry, facilitation, and public services are located on the ground floor.
